Characteristics

Our insulated window system for sandwich panel has a profile depth of 86 mm and uses 42 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The design of the inside gasket and the insulating strip optimises the insulation of the profiles. The frame profile is adapted for installation in sandwich panel wall structures consisting of sheet metal and insulation material. The inside is complemented with a casing made of an aluminium profile specially developed for different wall thicknesses. The sash and cross-bar profiles are available in different widths.

Performance

SAPA Window 1086 is a high insulated window system with low Uw-value and performance down to passive house level. The system is based on a solid construction and offers good sound reduction.

The SAPA Window 1086 is based on a robust construction with 86 mm deep profiles. It is insulated with 42 mm glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips and meets the highest classes for air and water tightness, as well as achieving a very low U-value.

Low carbon footprint solution

Incorporates 75% recycled materials and is 95% recyclable, reducing its environmental impact. Hydro CIRCAL® (composed of at least 75% end-of-life aluminium) has a carbon footprint of 1.9 kg CO₂ eq./kg of aluminium, which is up to 80% lower than the European average for primary aluminium.
