How SAPA supports fabricators

  • Fabricators choose SAPA because our systems are designed for efficient fabrication, consistent quality and high performance. The profiles are engineered for precision and supported by comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring a smooth and reliable workflow in the workshop.

SAPA systems are made with Hydro CIRCAL® 75R, containing at least 75% recycled post-consumer aluminium and offering one of the lowest CO₂ footprints on the market (1.9 kg CO₂ per kg of aluminium).

  • SAPA supports fabricators with dedicated guidance on CNC machining and tooling, helping to improve workflow accuracy and reduce downtime.

Our systems are built using high-quality components, including EN 12844-compliant fittings, EPDM and TPE gaskets, and stainless steel screws. This ensures consistent machining and assembly results. The engineering quality makes it easier to achieve repeatable precision across every project.

  • SAPA’s sustainability approach supports fabricators with products made from at least 75% recycled material and up to 95% recyclable, with selected systems certified to Cradle to Cradle standards.

Hydro CIRCAL® 75R is available as standard and reduces embodied carbon by up to 80% compared to the European average for primary aluminium—without compromising performance. This enables fabricators to meet growing demand for circular, low-carbon construction without adding complexity to their workflows.

  • Fabricators have 24/7 access to fabrication manuals, product guides, tooling instructions, CAD details and performance documentation through the TechTip portal.

This includes EPDs for environmental reporting, sustainability and quality certifications, as well as system-specific fabrication and installation instructions for windows, doors, façades and sliding systems.

  • SAPA systems – including 1086 windows, 2086 doors, TENTAL façades, TIGAL sliding doors and AMBIAL folding doors – are designed with consistent profiles, clear machining logic and predictable tolerances.

System options include concealed hardware, modular components and design flexibility, enabling a smoother workshop setup and faster fabrication cycles.

  • Through Hydro’s closed-loop circular process, SAPA ensures that post-consumer aluminium stays within the construction industry. For circular projects, we collaborate with fabricators to minimize disruption to on-site workflows.

Fabricators and/or contractors dismantle and sort old frames, which are then sorted, remelted, and extruded into new Hydro CIRCAL® billets – verified by third-party EPDs. This unique in-house recycling approach gives fabricators a market advantage and ensures traceable, certified sustainability credentials for clients.
