SAPA Lift and Slide Door 2160

Characteristics

SAPA 2160 is made of insulated aluminum profiles with a frame depth of160 mm and a door leaf depth of 70 mm. The insulation consists of 40 mm wide glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips. The lift-and-slide door has lift-slide fittings for user-friendly handling. The door leaf is easily slid aside and seals all around as the door leaf is lowered a few millimeters in closed position.

SAPA 2160S is a high quality Lift-and-Slide Door that combines a low profile height with very efficient airtightness and excellent thermal performance.

SAPA 2160S XS is a high quality Lift-and-Slide Door that combines a slim interlock with very efficient sealing performance and excellent thermal performance.

Low carbon footprint solution

Incorporates 75% recycled materials and is 95% recyclable, reducing its environmental impact. Hydro CIRCAL® (composed of at least 75% end-of-life aluminium) has a carbon footprint of 1.9 kg CO₂ eq./kg of aluminium, which is up to 80% lower than the European average for primary aluminium.

Our solutions are 95% recyclable. When we design our products, we act for circularity by taking into account their disassembly and re-use at the end of their life.

    75% recycled

Our solutions are made with at least 75% of recycled components including aluminium, EPDM, polyamide.

    Environmental labels and building certifications

SAPA continuously works with both national and international environmental assessment schemes. To facilitate the certification of buildings, our products are registered in relevant product databases. You can find an overview of the specific environmental labels and certifications for each product directly on the respective product page on our website.

    Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)

For a quick overview, static EPDs are available for each product in its standard configuration with Hydro CIRCAL 75R. A complete library of all EPDs is also available in SAPA TechTip.
