Product benefits

The 2086 door system is a part of our Thermo 86 systems and is based on a strong and stable construction with 86 mm deep profiles. These are basic insulated with 42 mm glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips and filled with specially developed insulating rods SAPA Thermo N9 for optimal energy performance. The system offers very good air and rain tightness. Door leaf profiles are available for narrow and module locks as well as with anti-finger trap. Rebate for glass and infill panels 22-56 (64) mm.

2086 Plus is based on Door 2086 and retains all of its core features, but in a slightly smaller format (maximum door leaf height 2500 mm). A different threshold design improves sealing, allowing the door to meet class 2 air tightness and class 4A water tightness. For optimal energy performance, the door can be equipped with the same insulation bars, SAPA Thermo N9, as used in Door 2086 SX.

2086 Extreme is based on Door 2086 and retains all of its core features. An optimized threshold design combined with 3-point locking improves sealing, allowing the door to meet the highest requirements: class 4 air tightness and class 9A water tightness. The door can be configured as a single-leaf door with a maximum door leaf height of 2500 mm. For optimal energy performance, the door can be equipped with the same insulation bars, SAPA Thermo N9, as used in Door 2086 SX.

This door which provides safe operation and long service life is perfectly suitable for busy public environments requiring high thermal insulation and air and rain performance.

System for high demands

The system features a strong and stable construction with 86 mm deep profiles. In the standard version, these are insulated with 42 mm glass fiber reinforced polyamide strips. For even better energy performance, there is the 86 SX with SAPA Thermo N9 insulating bars.

Door with Plus or Extreme weather performance

Both the standard version and the SX version are available with enhanced weather performance SX Plus or Extreme, where rain tightness can reach up to class 9A and air tightness up to class 4A (Extreme). Plus and Extreme are available with a maximum door leaf height of 2500 mm. Sound-reducing glass provides these doors with a maximum Rw value of 44 dB.

Innovative fire protection with smoke tightness

Our specially developed insulating bars for the SX version are used for both fire insulation and thermal insulation. With minimal additions, our door system 2086 meets the requirements for fire protection class EI 60 with smoke tightness Sa1, S200. Fire doors can be manufactured as single or double doors with side and transom lights.
