For SAPA 2086 EI30, approved fire-resistant glass options include Pyrostop 30, Contraflam 30, Pyrobel 17N and Polflam 30. The glass types are approved for different glass configurations according to the applicable system solution.

EI30 fire-rated glass can be used in doors, sidelights and transoms, as well as larger fire-rated glazed partitions.

EI60 fire-rated glass

SAPA also offers solutions for EI60 fire-rated glass in fire-rated glazed partitions and door constructions. SAPA 3086 can be used in constructions with fire classification up to EI 60, while SAPA 2086 EI/EI₂ 60 is developed for fire-rated doors and door partitions that can be combined with approved fire-resistant glass.

For SAPA 2086 EI/EI₂ 60, approved fire-resistant glass options include Pyrostop 60, Contraflam 60, Pyrobel 25 and Polflam EI60. The fire-resistant glass can also be combined with, for example, security- and acoustic-rated glass.

Fully glazed fire-rated partitions

For projects where transparency and a minimalist expression are key priorities, SAPA also offers fully glazed fire-rated partitions. SAPA Glazed Partition 3086 Butt Joint EI30 is developed for interior fire-rated partitions where the vertical joints between the glass panes are sealed without vertical profiles.

The solution can be combined with SAPA Door 2086 and makes it possible to create larger continuous glass surfaces with a more refined architectural expression.

SAPA also offers a 3086 Butt Joint solution for EI60, providing further possibilities to combine fire protection with large transparent surfaces.

Fire-rated glazed partitions in aluminium

SAPA Glazed Partition 3086 is an insulated aluminium profile system with an 86 mm profile depth. The system is developed for glazed partitions with different requirements for functionality, insulation and fire protection and can be integrated with SAPA door and window systems.

For fire-rated constructions, the system can be used with approved fire-resistant glass and configured according to the requirements of the project. This makes it possible to create larger glazed partitions that integrate with the building's other aluminium solutions.
