Thermo 74

Main features

Thermo 74 is an aluminium system specially designed for the construction of fire doors and partitions. Within this system, it is also possible to install single or double doors with fire resistance ratings from EI130 to EI160. The doors can be installed to open inwards or outwards. The partitions can be constructed in EI30 or EI60 configurations.

Multiple fire resistance levels with identical profiles and suitable fillings. The components can be easily adapted to the required performance. Suitable for doors opening inwards or outwards. This system must only be manufactured and installed by certified companies.

Colours

A wide range of finishes and colours is available to meet individual project requirements, enhance existing buildings and offer greater design freedom: ▬ Naturally anodised in accordance with ‘QUALANOD’ specifications. ▬ Finished with a polyester coating in a wide range of colours in accordance with ‘SEASIDE’ specifications. ▬ More than 400 powder coating colours in matt or glossy. ▬ Unique wood effect, textured and structured metallic finishes are also available. ▬ Accessories can be supplied in matching colours to perfectly match the profiles.

Extruded aluminium profiles in Hydro CIRCAL 75R

Hydro CIRCAL is a range of prime quality aluminium that contains a minimum of 75% recycled, post-consumer scrap. Hydro CIRCAL has a carbon footprint among the lowest in the world: 1.9 kg CO2 per kilo of aluminium, 78% less than the European average, certified by an independent third party (DNV-GL) and provided with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD).
