Avantis 70

The perfect design

Avantis 70 is a high performance thermally broken three-chamber system with a building depth of 70 mm. The Avantis 70 largely surpasses the recent thermal insulation standards and is a comprehensive solution for commercial, residential and industrial projects.

Avantis 70 Description

  • Avantis 70 profiles have 3 chambers, coupled with 35 mm omega shaped, glass fibre reinforced polyamide strips, which reduce thermal conduction. The result is that Avantis 70 achieves a high thermal performance level and improved total insulation, leading to lower total energy consumption, a positive benefit to the environment.
  • The system accommodates glazing up to 54 mm for frame and 64 mm for vent, the infill thickness can start from 4 mm.
  • Inward opening vents have a coextrusion central gasket for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance.
  • All standard shade and ventilation systems can easily be integrated in Avantis 70.

Thermal modularity

Avantis 70 basic

  • Uf = 2,00 W/m2K - 2,90 W/m2K

Avantis 70 HV I

  •  Uf = 2,10 W/m2K - 2,40 W/m2K
  • Improved thermal central gasket

Avantis 70 HV SI

  • Uf = 1,70 W/m2K - 2,20 W/m2K
  • Improved thermal central gasket
  • PE inserts in frame profile (concept FoamPower®)

Avantis 70 HV SHI

  • Uf = 1,20 W/m2K - 1,90 W/m2K
  • Improved thermal central gasket
  • PE inserts in frame profile (concept FoamPower®)
  • PE insert thermal improved glazing unit

Different designs

The Classic design

A tight and modern look for the aluminium windows. Straight and cubic, both on the inside and outside.

Avantis 70 Softline

Starting from the same modern look as the Classic design but on the inside, the rounded edge on the vent profile definitely creates an extra line of attention.

Avantis 70 Rustic

The Rustic design perfectly matches the country style architecture.

Avantis 70 Reko

Similar on the inside as the Softline design but the sloped outside of the profile create a very contemporary addition to any building style.

Avantis 70 Ligna

The profile design has a very slim slightline and are therefor a perfect alternative to replace steel windows without affecting the visual look of the architecture.

Air Tightness

Air tightness refers to the amount of air that will travel through a window or door system in its closed position, both under positive and negative pressure.

Norm

EN 12207

Water Tightness

E750

Water Tightness

The test applies specified amounts of water spray to the outside face of the window (combination) while incrementally increasing the air pressure. The result defines the test pressure, time and position of any water infiltration.

Norm

Wind Resistance

C3

Wind Resistance

The test applies a series of positive and negative test air pressures. Measurements and inspections are made to asses relative frontal deflection and resistance to damage from wind loads.
